Abstract:
The semiconductor circuit according to the present disclosure comprises: first and second inverters connected to first and second power nodes; a first control line; a first memory circuit; first and second power switches; first and second bit lines; a first word line; first and second transistors, the gates of which are connected to the first word line; and a driving unit capable of carrying out a first driving operation in which the first word line is activated and signals of mutually different logic levels are respectively applied to the first and second bit lines during a period in which the first and second power switches are in an on-state and a second driving operation in which the first word line is activated and a first alternating-current signal and a second alternating-current signal as in-phase signals are respectively applied to the first and second bit-lines during a period in which the first and second power switches are in an off-state.
