Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide an electrical junction box having a novel structure, and capable of avoiding the occurrence of a solder cracks in a favorable manner and reducing production costs. The electrical junction box 10 comprises a terminal-equipped printed circuit board 14 wherein a base board terminal 24 is press-fitted into and held at an intermediate section in the length direction thereof by a resin stand 28, and a lead section 32 of the base board terminal 24 is connected to an electric conduction path on a printed circuit board 26 by being soldered thereon. In the electrical junction box, the resin stand 28 is formed from a flat-plate-shaped printed circuit board base material and arranged above the printed circuit board 26 separated therefrom by a gap 36, the resin stand 28 being supported by a separate stand-bearing part 66 such that the position of the resin stand 28 is fixed with respect to the printed circuit board 26.
