Abstract:
This electrical module is equipped with a conductive material that contacts a semiconductor electrode on a first substrate and a counter electrode on a second substrate, and that is provided in between the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode. The conductive material includes conductive particles that allow the passage of current between the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode, and all or part of the conductive particles come into contact with both the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode, and are incorporated into either the semiconductor electrode and/or counter electrode.
