Abstract:
An electrically-assisted pressure boosting control method for an engine. In the method, a one-way valve (4) and an air intake branch (5) connected in parallel with the one-way valve (4) are provided at an air intake channel (3) between a waste gas compressor (1) and an air intake manifold (2), and an auxiliary gas compressor (6) is provided at the air intake branch (5). The auxiliary gas compressor (6) is controlled to operate at a smoothly changing rotation speed according to actual engine parameters. Also disclosed is an electrically-assisted pressure boosting control system for an engine. The invention prevents compressed air from driving rotation of an impeller of an auxiliary gas compressor, reduces design and usage costs of the auxiliary gas compressor, and ensures stable performance of an engine.
