Title:
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PASTE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/111623
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electrically conductive paste for use in the formation of a solar cell electrode, whereby it becomes possible to produce an electrically conductive film capable of being treated at a low temperature (e.g., 250C or lower) and having a relatively low resistance. An electrically conductive paste for use in the formation of a solar cell electrode, which contains (A) an electrically conductive component, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) imidazole and (D) a solvent, wherein, when the amount of the electrically conductive paste excluding the solvent (D) is defined as 100% by weight, the content of imidazole (C) in the electrically conductive paste is 0.1 to 1.0% by weight.
