Abstract:

The electricity storage device comprises a case and electrode terminals. Each of the electrode terminals comprises an electrode column portion protruding from the case wall portion, and a male threaded portion provided on the outer peripheral surface of said electrode column portion. Each of the electrode terminals comprises a tool-use depression provided on the leading end surface of the electrode column portion. The shape of the tool-use depression in a planar view is a shape that is other than a perfect circle. The tool-use depression has an engagement portion that is engageable by a tool that is inserted in the tool-use depression. At the opening edge of the tool-use depression on the leading end surface, the electrode column portion has a deformation absorption portion that is recessed from the leading end surface.
