Title:
ELECTRO-OPTICAL, ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/044867
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electro-optical, organic semiconductor component, comprising an arrangement of stacked organic layers that extends in a planar manner, wherein the arrangement of stacked organic layers has an organic charge carrier transport layer made of a laminate material, the arrangement of stacked organic layers has at least one further organic layer made of a further laminate material different from the laminate material, the electrical conductivity of the organic charge carrier transport layer can be thermally irreversibly changed at least locally by means of heating the laminate material in the arrangement of stacked organic layers at least locally to a temperature that lies between a lower critical temperature and an upper critical temperature, and the organic charge carrier transport layer made of the laminate material and the at least one further organic layer made of the further laminate material are morphologically stable in the temperature range between the lower critical temperature and the upper critical temperature. The invention further relates to a method for producing an electro-optical, organic semiconductor component.
