An electrocardiogram electrode device (1) is characterized by including: a pair of induction electrode parts (11a) and (11b) that includes an induction electrode; a mechanism for fixing and arranging the pair of induction electrode parts (11a) and (11b) on the clavicle of a subject; a reference electrode part (10) that includes a reference electrode; and a transmission part (L) for transmitting output signals from the induction electrode and the reference electrode to an information processing device (2).
