Abstract:
The present invention is such that: an electrode supply unit has an electrode plate supply unit; the electrode plate supply unit has an electrode cutting part for cutting a conductive sheet at each occurrence of a fixed length so as to fabricate an electrode plate; and the electrode cutting part has a fixed blade which has a fixed cutting blade extending in a direction that intersects the conveyance direction of the conductive sheet, a rotary blade which has a disk shape and has a rotary cutting blade on a radial direction outer edge, and a rotary blade moving part which moves the rotary blade along the fixed blade while rotating the rotary blade in a state in which contact between the rotary cutting blade and the fixed cutting blade is maintained.
