Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an electrode unit (1) that performs electrolysis on an electrolytic liquid to generate an active species; a current detector (2) that detects the current flowing to the electrode unit (1); and a current integration unit (3b) that calculates the amount of integration of current to the electrode unit (1) from the start of conduction of electricity. The current integration unit (3b) assesses the concentration of the active species on the basis of the calculated amount of integration of current. Specifically, the current flowing to the electrode unit (1) is integrated up to a prescribed value. This makes it possible to provide an electrolytic device in which the concentration of a generated active species is fixedly set.
