An electrolyzed water generating device includes: an electrolysis tank, which includes a positive electrode chamber having a positive electrode and a negative electrode chamber partitioned from the positive electrode chamber by a first diaphragm and having a negative electrode; and a first line for supplying acidic water to the negative electrode chamber, thereby making alkaline negative electrode water generated in the negative electrode chamber acidic.
