An electromagnetic wave noise suppressor having a magnetic resonance frequency not lower than 8 GHz, wherein the imaginary part μ'_H of complex permeability at a frequency of 8 GHz is larger than the imaginary part μ'_L of complex permeability at a frequency of 5 GHz. Such an electromagnetic wave noise suppressor can exhibit sufficient electromagnetic wave noise suppression effect over the entire quasi-microwave band and can be produced by depositing a magnetic material physically on a binder (2) thereby forming a composite layer (3) on the surface of the binder (2). In the structural body with an electromagnetic wave noise suppressing function, surface of the structural body, e.g. a printed wiring board or a semiconductor integrated circuit, is coated at least partially with the electromagnetic wave noise suppressor.
