Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of optoelectronic devices. Disclosed are an electron transport layer material and an application thereof. The material has the following structure (I), wherein n is a natural number from 1 to 10000, B is a strongly polar group, A1 and A2 are identical or different aromatic ring derivatives or conjugate units containing a carbon-carbon double bond or a carbon-nitrogen bond, M is a connecting unit between A2 and B, and M is an alkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, one or a plurality of the carbon atoms on the alkyl group being substituted by one or more of the functional groups of an oxygen atom, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group or an ester group, hydrogen atoms being substituted by fluorine atoms, chlorine atoms, bromine atoms, iodine atoms or the described functional groups. The present invention applies the conjugated polymer containing the strongly polar group to the electron transport layer material, and the polymer containing the strongly polar group side chain has a significant cathode interface modification effect, increasing a charge carrier transport capability, and obtaining better device performance.
