An electronic certificate assignment method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium, the method comprising: displaying link information in response to a sharing trigger operation of a first user for shared information, wherein the shared information is information matching order information of the first user (101); determining an electronic certificate matching the first user in response to an opening trigger operation of the first user for the link information (102); and assigning the electronic certificate that matches the first user to an account of the first user (103). Shared information that meets current demands of a user is recommended for the user; and the electronic certificate assigned to the user meets the current demands of the user, and the electronic certificate that conforms to the user is assigned to the user. The utilization rate and conversion rate of an electronic certificate are increased; and the attention given by the user to the electronic certificate is improved to enhance the interactivity during the process of collecting the electronic certificate.
