Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a graphene heat dissipation fiber, comprising: S1, preparing a graphene slurry; S2, preparing a heat dissipation slurry: adding the graphene slurry and polyester powder into a stirring tank, heating and continuously stirring, and adding a stabilizer, a reinforcing agent, an additive 1, and an additive 2 in sequence till the materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the heat dissipation slurry; and S3, preparing a composite fiber: using a spinning machine for production, wherein a compartment A is loaded with polyester particles, a compartment B is loaded with the heat dissipation slurry; extruding molten polyester particles, spinning same into a filament by means of stretching, the filament being used as an inner core, and the inner core passing through a spinneret hole; and opening the compartment B, squeezing out the heat dissipation slurry by using an air compressor, evenly applying the heat dissipation slurry to the polyester inner core by means of the spinneret hole, and then drying and coiling the polyester inner core after draw forming and infiltration solidification. According to the present invention, a graphene-containing heat dissipation slurry is evenly applied to the surface of an inner core of a polyester fiber by means of a specific process to implement the compounding of a heat dissipation material and a textile fiber, thereby significantly improving the heat dissipation performance of the textile fiber.
