An aerosol generation device comprising: a substrate (1), and a thick film heating circuit (2) provided on the substrate (1) to contact a substance (9) to be formed into an aerosol to realize the atomization of the substance (9) to be formed into an aerosol, wherein the substrate (1) is specifically an insulating substrate; the substrate (1) is specifically a conductive substrate, and an insulating layer (4) is provided between the conductive substrate and the thick film heating circuit (2) to prevent conduction between the conductive substrate and the thick film heating circuit (2); and the thick film heating circuit (2) comprises a resistor for heating the substance (9) to be formed into an aerosol and having TCR temperature-sensitive characteristics, so as to heat the substance (9) to be formed into an aerosol and measure the heating temperature. The device further comprises a regulation section connected to a resistor having TCR temperature-sensitive characteristics so as to regulate the heating temperature. Further disclosed is an electronic cigarette comprising an aerosol generation device. By means of the aerosol generation device, rapid heating can be realized, and the user experience is excellent.
