Abstract:
An electronic circuit (10) is provided with: a regulator circuit (13), which receives power supply from a main power supply circuit (12), and which has at least one of the regulators (R1-R4) that output a predetermined voltage; functional circuits (14-17), which are driven by the voltage outputted from the regulators, and which execute a previously specified function; and a monitor circuit (18), which is connected to at least one of the regulators, and which monitors operation mode information inputted to the regulators. When the monitor circuit detects that the operation mode information includes sleep transition information for transiting mode from normal mode, i.e., normal operation state, to sleep mode, i.e., operation state with consumption power less than that in the normal mode, the monitor circuit outputs, to the regulators connected to the monitor circuit, a voltage output maintaining signal for outputting a voltage for having the functional circuit operate in the normal mode.
