Abstract:
This electronic component of the present invention is characterized in comprising: a cuboid electronic component that has an internal electrode; a first external electrode formed on a first end surface and the bottom surface of the electronic component and electrically connected to the internal electrode, which is exposed via the first end surface; and a second external electrode formed on a second end surface and the bottom surface of the electronic component and electrically connected to the internal electrode, which is exposed via the second end surface, the electrodes formed on the first end surface and the bottom surface being integrated in the first external electrode, the electrode thickness on the first end surface being less than the electrode thickness on the bottom surface, the electrodes formed on the second end surface and the bottom surface being integrated in the second external electrode, and the electrode thickness on the second end surface being less than the electrode thickness on the bottom surface.
