Abstract:
This electronic component unit is provided with: an electronic module wherein a back substrate is electrically connected to an electronic element via an electric cable; an external connection terminal; a relay substrate which is provided with a terminal connection electrode to which the external connection terminal is electrically connected; and a relay part connector which electrically connects an electrode of the back substrate to a relay conductor that is electrically connected to the terminal connection electrode. The relay part connector holds the back substrate of the electronic module between a connector base member that is fitted to the relay substrate and a retainer member, and presses the electrode of the back substrate against a contact part of the relay conductor for achieving an electrical connection.
