Abstract:
An electronic device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a light-emitting diode chip; an anode electrode and a cathode electrode electrically connected to the light-emitting diode chip; a printed circuit board electrically connected to the anode electrode and the cathode electrode, and including a ground; an interposer disposed on the printed circuit board, and including at least one through hole; and a plating member disposed on at least one surface of the interposer, wherein the at least one through hole may electrically connect the cathode electrode and the plating member. Various other embodiments may be possible.
