Abstract:

According to an aspect of one embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is an electronic device comprising: an photography unit; a memory for storing at least one command; and at least one processor for executing the at least one command stored in the memory, wherein the at least one processor captures a first image by using the photography unit, primarily adjusts an exposure value on the basis of the first image when the first image does not meet a first condition, secondarily adjusts the exposure value on the basis of a second image obtained by applying, to the first image, a mask having a high weight for a region of interest when the second image does not meet a second condition, adjusts at least one photography setting value on the basis of the adjusted exposure value, and captures a third image on the basis of the adjusted at least one photography setting value by using the photography unit.
