Abstract:
An electronic device is disclosed. The present electronic device comprises: a camera; a communication unit; and a processor for capturing an image of a background of a display device through the camera, dividing the captured image into multiple blocks, comparing a target gradation value with gradation values of the respective multiple blocks to adjust the gradation values of the respective multiple blocks, and transmitting an image, the gradation values of which have been adjusted, to the display device through the communication unit, wherein the sizes of the multiple blocks are determined on the basis of a background pattern of the display device.
