Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a flexible display on which a size of a viewable screen exposed to the outside is changeable by electronic control; a processor electrically connected to the flexible display; and a memory electrically connected to the processor and storing at least one instruction. The at least one instruction may allow the processor to, when executed by the electronic device: detect a current state of the electronic device; determine whether the electronic device is gripped by both hands of a user; and when it is determined that the user is gripping with both hands, generate a control affordance object and display the control affordance object on the viewable screen of the flexible display, at least partially on the basis of the detected current state of the electronic device. Various other embodiments can be possible.
