Abstract:

Disclosed is an electronic device which is provided with: a substrate; a first electrode formed on one surface of the substrate; a second electrode, which is on the reverse side of the substrate side of the first electrode, and which faces the first electrode; and a functional layer, which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, and which is provided with a plurality of pieces of fine crystalline semiconductor formed by anodizing a first polycrystalline semiconductor layer using an electrolytic solution. Between the first electrode and the functional layer, a second polycrystalline semiconductor layer, which has a lower speed of anodization with the electrolytic solution compared with the first polycrystalline semiconductor layer, and which is to be a stop layer that selectively anodizes the first polycrystalline semiconductor layer, is provided directly under the functional layer.
