Abstract:
According to various embodiments, an electronic device comprises at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to: receive at least one RRC reconfiguration message from a serving cell; perform measurement for at least one neighboring cell on the basis of information associated with conditional reconfiguration confirmed on the basis of the at least one RRC reconfiguration message; and perform at least one procedure for handover to a target cell satisfying a predetermined condition, on the basis of which a radio link failure with the serving cell is detected and at least a part of the measurement result for the at least one neighboring cell satisfies the predetermined condition confirmed on the basis of the information associated with the conditional reconfiguration. Various other embodiments are possible.
