Abstract:
This electronic device is provided with a first speaker (24), and with a second speaker (26) which can output sound at a volume higher than the first speaker (24) can. A sensor (22) measures the distance to objects. If the distance measured by the sensor (22) is less than a prescribed threshold value, a control unit (20) sets the sound output from the second speaker (26) to an inaudible state, and sets the sound output from the first speaker (24) to an audible state. Here, the distance between the sensor (22) and the first speaker (24) is shorter than the distance between the sensor (22) and the second speaker (26).
