Abstract:
The present invention comprises: at least one communication module connected to a plurality of different networks so as to transmit and receive packets of different sizes through the different networks; and a modem for detecting the number of packets, dropped during a preset first period, from the packets received through the communication module, detecting a network response delay time on the basis of the time when packets stored in a reordering buffer are output, and changing the size of the reordering buffer on the basis of the result of comparing the network response delay time with a preset first delay time, if the number of dropped packets is greater than or equal to a preset first delay number.
