Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cosmetic puff and a cosmetic puff manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: (a) manufacturing a puff body including an upper sheet and a bottom sheet; (b) manufacturing a tape for a puff handle, the tape being made from a material different from a material forming the upper sheet, wherein a hot melt adhesive agent is applied onto a part or the entirety of one surface of the tape and the part to be bonded to the puff body; (c) cutting the tape for a puff handle, onto which a hot melt adhesive agent has been applied, into a predetermined length, so as to manufacture a puff handle wherein a hot melt adhesive agent is entirely applied to one surface of the puff handle or a hot melt adhesive agent is applied by a predetermined width to opposite ends of one surface of the puff handle; and (d) bonding the puff handle to the puff body.
