Abstract:
The present invention comprises a sensor mounting part (20), an inertial force sensor unit (60) that detects inertial force and is positioned in the sensor mounting part (20), and a mounted member (10) that is mounted in a housing. A substrate through-hole section (50) that passes through the mounted member (10) in the thickness direction thereof is formed in the mounted member (10), and the sensor mounting part (20) is configured to be positioned inside the through-hole section (10) in a direction normal to the planar direction of the mounted member (10). The present invention also comprises a support beam (40) that is connected to a plurality of locations on the sensor mounting part (20) and is also connected to a plurality of locations on the mounted member (10), the support beam (40) supporting the sensor mounting part (20) on the mounted member (10).
