Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve, comprising a valve seat (1) and a valve needle assembly (2). A main valve cavity (11) is formed in the valve seat (1); the valve needle assembly (2) comprises a valve needle sleeve (21) fitted in the main valve cavity (11); the valve needle sleeve (21) is provided with a needle sleeve cavity (211), and a main valve port (212) is formed at one end wall of the needle sleeve cavity (211); the main valve port (212) comprises a first flow guide hole section (2121), a second flow guide hole section (2122) and a rectifying hole section (2123); the rectifying hole section (2123) is connected to the first flow guide hole section (2121); the hole diameter of the rectifying hole section (2123) is greater than that of the first flow guide hole section (2121), so that a step is formed between the rectifying hole section (2123) and the inner wall surface of the first flow guide hole section (2121). Also disclosed are a refrigerant circulation pipeline and an air conditioner system. When the electronic expansion valve works, turbulent flow can be locally formed at the position, corresponding to the step, in the rectifying hole section, the flowing state of a refrigerant at the main valve port is improved, and refrigerant noise is reduced.
