Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve comprises: a valve seat (1), wherein the valve seat (1) has a valve cavity (1b) and is provided with a valve port (1c); a valve needle (5), matching the valve port (1c) and used to perform flow adjustment of the electronic expansion valve; a lead screw (16), forming a floating connection to the valve needle (5) via a barrel portion (25); and a nut (11), wherein a threaded fit is formed between the nut (11) and the lead screw (16), and a lower portion of the nut (11) is provided with a nut guiding portion (11c). A guide component (30) is fixedly connected to the valve seat (1). The guide component (30) guides both the barrel portion (25) and the valve needle (5). The electronic expansion valve of the invention is provided with the guide component (30), and the guide component (30) can guide both the valve needle (5) and the barrel portion (25), effectively preventing abnormal wear caused by radial deviation of the valve needle (5) and the barrel portion (25) and improving operating reliability of products.
