Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a Polar encoding method, comprising: obtaining positions of information bits and freezing bits according to the reliability rank of polarization channels, the reliability of the polarization channel corresponding to the information bit being higher than that of the polarization channel corresponding to the freezing bit; carrying out cyclic redundancy check (CRC) encoding on information blocks, and mapping the bits subjected to CRC encoding to the information bits; determining at least one of the freezing bits as a check freezing bit, the value of the check freezing bit being determined by values of P information bits, satisfying preset conditions, in the information bits prior to the check freezing bit, P being an integer greater than or equal to 1; and carrying out Polar encoding on the information bits, the check freezing bit, and the freezing bits other than the check freezing bit. The encoding method can further improve performance of a CA-Polar code.
