Abstract:
An electronic part mounting device comprises a plurality of vacuum-chucking nozzles (1) mounted to the periphery of an intermittent rotating table vertically movable, a cylindrical cam (105) having in the entire circumference thereof cam grooves (106, 107a, 107b) for vertically moving the nozzles (1), a first roller (5) mounted to a first slide section (4a) having the nozzles (1), and traveling in the cam grooves (106, 107a, 107b) to move the nozzles (1) vertically, a second roller (6) mounted to a second slide section (4b) mounted to the suction nozzles (1), and traveling in the cam grooves (106, 107a, 107b) to vertically move the nozzles (1) together with the first roller (5), and a spring (9) for biasing the first roller (5) and the second roller (6) against both side faces of the cam grooves (106, 107a, 107b).
