Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electronic scale that can prevent a worker from forgetting to press a tare subtraction key. Provided is an electronic scale provided with a display unit 40 for digitally displaying the weight of loads 11, 12 placed on a weighing dish 10 and a tare subtraction key 32, wherein the electronic scale has a display control unit 31 for controlling the display of the display unit 40 and a memory 50 for storing a zero adjustment range in which the display of the display unit 40 becomes zero when a zero adjustment key 33 is pressed in a state where nothing is placed on the weighing dish 10, and the display control unit 31 causes the display unit 40 to display a tare subtraction instruction display prompting the pressing of the tare subtraction key 32 if a measured value rises above the upper limit of the zero adjustment range. The display of the tare subtraction instruction on the display unit 40 makes it possible to prevent a worker from forgetting to press the tare subtraction key 32.
