[Problem] To provide: a downsized electronic unit; and an endoscopic device appropriate for minimally invasive medical treatment. [Solution] This electronic unit 1 is disposed on the leading end side of an insertion part 101 of an endoscopic device 100, and comprises a body 10, a sensor 20, light source units 21, and a plurality of terminals 30. The terminals 30 each comprise a first terminal part 31 and a second terminal part 32. Regarding the second terminal parts 32 of the terminals 30, one array thereof is disposed at an upper portion and another array thereof is disposed at a lower portion at a position different from that of the upper portion. The second terminal parts 32 are provided with a partition part 40 at positions between the terminals 30 so as to partition the terminals from each other. Two of the light source units 21 are disposed adjacently so as to be almost in contact with both lateral sides of the sensor 20, and are disposed such that the leading end positions and the upper end positions of the sensor 20 and the light source units 21 become almost flush with each other when viewed from the front. Accordingly, it is possible to downsize the depth dimension, the breadth dimension, and the height dimension.
