Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide an electroplating anode and an electroplating method using same. An electroplating anode and a cathode awaiting electroplating form an electric field so as to form an electroplated layer on a surface of the cathode. The shape of the cathode is uneven. The electroplating anode comprises a conductive plate. The shape of the conductive plate conforms with the shape of the cathode. A protruding portion in the conductive plate corresponds to a recessed portion in the cathode. A recessed portion in the conductive plate corresponds to a protruding portion in the cathode. Alternatively, the electroplating anode comprises: an insulating back plate and multiple conductive units. Each conductive unit comprises a needle rod and a needle provided on one end of the needle rod. The end of the needle rod provided with the needle is an electroplating end of the conductive unit. The conductive unit is fixed to the insulating back plate by means of the needle rod. The multiple conductive units are arranged in an array. Any two conductive units are electrically insulated. The electric field formed between the electroplating anode and the cathode is uniformly distributed; alternatively, an electric field in a local region is enhanced or weakened.
