Abstract:
A light environment regulation method for regulating plant metabolic substances. In a plant cultivation stage, at least one type of intermittent lighting is added to promote accumulation of secondary metabolic substances in plants. The method can improve anthocyanin content, vitamin C, and soluble protein content in purple-red vegetables, further improves the quality of the purple-red vegetables, and improves the appearance and flavor of the purple-red vegetables.
