Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce hysteresis loss, when hysteresis loss of an electrostatic capacitance-type pressure-sensitive sensor produced using one type of elastic material in an elastic layer is high, by using two types of elastic materials including an additional specific elastic material. [Solution] An electrostatic capacitance-type pressure-sensitive sensor comprising a first electrode, a first elastic layer, a second electrode, a second elastic layer, and a third electrode layered sequentially, wherein when the first elastic layer and the second elastic layer are each pressurized and depressurized at a speed of 0.5 mm/min at 23℃, the elastic layer stresses of the first and second elastic layers measured when the hysteresis loss of the electrostatic capacitance is at the maximum value are different, and the difference therebetween is 3 kPa or more.
