Abstract:
Provided is an electrostatic transducer that is configured to perform functions at a plurality of positions while reducing the number of components and that can be manufactured without using a volatile adhesive or an organic solvent. An electrostatic transducer 1 is provided with: an insulator sheet 11 formed from an elastomer; a plurality of first electrode sheets 12, 13, 14 that are arranged on the obverse surface side of the insulator sheet 11, are fixed to the insulator sheet 11 by fusing of the insulator sheet 11 itself, and are arranged with distances therebetween in a surface direction of the insulator sheet 11; and one second electrode sheet 15 that is disposed on the reverse surface side of the insulator sheet 11, that is fixed to the insulator sheet 11 by fusing of the insulator sheet 11 itself, and that has formed therein, in an integral manner, portions opposing the plurality of first electrode sheets 12, 13, 14 and portions opposing regions between the first electrode sheets 12, 13, 14 adjacent to each other in the surface direction.
