Abstract:
An element having a metamaterial unit cell structure, which operates in the terahertz band, according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a dielectric substrate; and a meta-material part including a first pattern portion and a second pattern portion on the dielectric substrate, wherein: the first pattern portion comprises first patterns which extend a first length along the X-axis direction respectively, extend a second length along the Y-axis direction respectively, are spaced a first distance apart from each other along the X-axis direction, and are spaced a second distance apart from each other along the Y-axis direction; and the second pattern portion comprises second patterns which extend a third length along the Y-axis direction respectively and are spaced a third distance apart from each other along the Y-axis direction.
