Abstract:
An elevator car door device wherein a door motor (22) is connected directly to a drive pulley (24), the whole of the door motor (22) being disposed below the level of the upper end of a door frame (21). Further, a permanent magnet type motor is used as the door motor (22). Further, the door frame (21) is provided with a horizontal portion (21b) and the door motor (22) is suspended from the lower portion of the horizontal portion.
