Abstract:
In this elevator device, a lifting body is suspended by a suspension body. The suspension body is wound on a pulley. A winding machine motor rotates the pulley and raises and lowers the lifting body. A vibration measurement unit measures the vibration waveform of a vibration generated by the rotation of the pulley when the winding machine motor rotates. A state calculation unit calculates a frequency component of the vibration waveform on the basis of the rotation speed of the winding machine motor and the vibration waveform, and calculates the state of wear of the pulley on the basis of the calculated frequency component.
