Abstract:
This elevator device is provided with: a vertically movable body; a governor rope (111) connected to the vertically movable body; and a governor. The governor is provided with: a rope sheave having the governor rope (111) wound thereon; a governor frame (301) for supporting the rope sheave; and a catch weight (203) affixed to the governor frame (301) so as to be capable of pivoting, the catch weight (203) being capable of gripping the governor rope (111). The catch weight (203) has a plate-shaped member (401) provided on the upper part thereof. A part of the plate-shaped member (401) protrudes horizontally from the catch weight (203), and a threaded hole (602) is provided in the portion protruding from the catch weight (203).
