Abstract:
The present invention pertains to elevator landing guidance devices that guide users to allocated cars, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator landing guidance device that is capable of finishing a guidance sound such as audio guidance at a timing which is neither too soon nor too late, even when the distances each user must move and the speeds at which each user moves differ. This elevator landing guidance device is equipped with: a first camera that captures an image of a user who has operated a car calling means; a guidance sound output unit that outputs a guidance sound for indicating an allocated car determined in accordance with the user; a second camera that captures an image of the landing for the allocated car; a detection unit that detects, in the image of the allocated car landing captured by the second camera, an image corresponding to the user captured by the first camera; and a guidance sound control unit that, when the detection unit has detected an image corresponding to the user in the image of the allocated car landing, stops the output of the guidance sound from the guidance sound output unit.
