Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator passenger car in which the number of components can be suppressed and the stiffness of a lower beam can be enhanced with a simple configuration.　To this end, the present invention is provided with: an upper beam 9 disposed on an upper portion; a pair of vertical frames 11A, 11B having upper end sections respectively connected to both the longitudinal ends of the upper beam 9; a lower beam 10 disposed between the lower end sections of the pair of vertical frames 11A, 11B and both end sections of which are connected; and a pair of underfloor side surface beams 14A, 14B placed on and connected to both the end sections of the lower beam 10 and extending in a direction perpendicular to the lower beam 10. A car room 8 is disposed in a portion surrounded by the upper beam 9, the pair of vertical frame 11A, 11B, and the lower beam 10, and the car room 8 is placed on the pair of underfloor side surface beams 14A, 14B. The pair of underfloor side surface beams 14A, 14B are provided with an underfloor side surface beam reinforcing member 18 that reinforces each of the pair of underfloor side surface beams 14A, 14B.
