Abstract:
Provided is a stoppage information provision system with which it is possible to provide information about the current status of stoppage of an elevator, such as plans at a current point in time. This stoppage information provision system (19) comprises a collection unit (22), a reception unit (23), a generation unit (24), and a transmission unit (25). The reception unit (23) receives, from a portable terminal (18), request information that includes information for identifying an elevator (2). The generation unit (24) generates response information that includes a stoppage display (30). The response information is generated on the basis of stoppage information collected by the collection unit (22) from a plurality of information sources. The stoppage display (30) illustrates the occurrence of stoppage of the elevator (2) and the reason for the stoppage when the elevator is stopped. When the reception unit (23) receives the request information from the portable terminal (18), the transmission unit (25) transmits, to the portable terminal (18), the response information generated with respect to the elevator (2) identified by the identification information included in the request information.
