The present invention relates to an emergency opening and closing device for a vehicle door and, more particularly, can comprise: a switching unit that is built into the vehicle door and includes a switching element transmitting a control command for opening and closing the vehicle door based on the magnetic force of a permanent magnet; and a control unit for controlling the opening/closing operations of the vehicle door based on the control command.
