Abstract:
A communication control device 3 is equipped with at least one processor that: uses an emergency information distribution area estimation unit 31 to estimate emergency information distribution areas EA1, EA2 in which a mobile station MS capable of communicating with communication devices UE1, UE2 is located; and uses an emergency information distribution control unit 32 to cause the mobile station MS to distribute the emergency information to the emergency information distribution areas EA1, EA2 estimated by the emergency information distribution area estimation unit 31. The mobile station MS can connect with fixed base stations FS1, FS2 fixedly belonging to a particular emergency information distribution area, and the emergency information distribution area estimation unit 31 estimates that the mobile station MS is located in the emergency information distribution area EA1, EA2 to which the fixed base station FS1, FS2 the mobile station MS is currently connected to belongs (FIG. 2).
