Abstract:
This emissions allowance management system (10) comprises: a storage unit (63) for storing emissions allowance management information indicating a relationship between identification information about a plurality of light sources (21) used for lighting and the remaining amount of a greenhouse gases emission quota allotted to each of the plurality of light sources (21); an acquisition unit (64) for acquiring power usage information, which indicates the amount of power used by a subject light source (21) and which includes specification information for specifying the identification information of the subject light source (21); and a management unit (65) for reducing the remaining amount associated with the identification information of the subject light source (21) in the emissions allowance management information, on the basis of the acquired power usage information.
