Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to obtain an emulsified composition having both excellent storage stability and feel on use. The emulsified composition of the invention is characterized by containing a nonionic surfactant and a biosurfactant as surfactants, also by including an aqueous component and an oily component, the concentration of the nonionic surfactant being 0.1-5 wt%, and the concentration of the biosurfactant being 0.02-5 wt%. The biosurfactant is preferably one or more selected from the group consisting of surfactin, arthrofactin, iturin, and salts thereof.
